Feb. 2007 Ronna Brand Offers Sweets to Women’s Shelters- See’s Candies
Women and children residing in six local shelters for victims of domestic abuse will receive a surprise on Valentine’s Day due to the joint efforts of Realtors and See’s Candies.
Members and staff of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors will visit residents at the shelters on Wednesday, Feb. 14, to distribute gifts of sweets and other gifts contributed by See’s Candies, members of the Association and other contributors. There is still time for Realtors and the public to contribute soft toys and candy to brighten the day of dozens of women and children who are rebuilding their lives.
